is responsible for customs clearance, any applicable taxes and duties.

signing the receipt. We can not process and authorize an exchange/replacement on any damage/shortage

3. Contact us within 3 days from the day of receiving.

We will issue a refund to you minus all shipping charges and 15% restocking fee upon receiving the
merchandise in original package, undamaged, unassembled and new condition. Any damage may occur
to merchandise during return shipping will be deducted from your refund, therefore, please make sure
you pack the return merchandise carefully.
