Description:

Application:
It is an ideal separation equipment for separating materials in food industry, chemical industry, metal industry, laboratory, mining and metallurgy industry, pharmaceutical industry, abrasive metallurgy industry and ceramic purple sand industry, etc.
How to Use:
❶ Please check the condition of parts and components before installation, without any damage or missing;
❷ The main body of shaker is in place;
❸ Install screen frame and spring(lift up slightly and fix with screen frame);
❹ Connect the power cord;
❺ It can only be operated after debugging and inspection.
Notes:
♨ Do not move the vibrator when it is running. Children are not allowed to play near it.
♨ It is strictly forbidden to operate the machine without the screen frame.
♨ If the machine vibrates greatly and the ground slips, the anti-skid pad which has a thickness of approx. 0.5 - 1cm can be placed under the machine.
♨ There is an eccentric block at the bottom of the machine. It is forbidden to put your hand into the machine during operation.
♨ The materials should not be overfilled by one-third, and the less material, the faster screening, in order to reduce the impact of materials on the screen surface.
♨ Loosen the tension spring to replace the screen frame. Please hold the spring tightly to avoid scratching your hand(please cut off the power before replacing).
