The article imitates antiques from the time it was manufactured new, according to the old template. The incorporated signs of use ensure the antique character and are intended to underline the nostalgic appearance. Therefore, these signs of use are intentional and do not represent a quality defect.

An authentic reproduction of even small details takes us back to a time when the beginning of the 20th century. Century cruise ships of the absolute luxury class traveled the seas. The most legendary of these ships was probably the Titanic. Never before has a larger and more luxurious ship been built. Not only because of this fact and the circumstances associated with her sinking, she is one of the most famous ships in history. Commissioned by the White Star shipping company, it was built in Belfast at the Harland & Wolff shipyard. After only three years of laying the keel on Jan. March 1909 she was born on March 2. Put into service on time April 1912. When at noon on the 10th April left the port entrance on her maiden voyage, nobody suspected that it would be her first and also her last voyage. At the 14th. April 1912 around 11:40 p.m., only about 300 nautical miles southeast of Newfoundland, it collided with an iceberg and sank two hours and 40 minutes later in the North Atlantic. Although more than two hours were available for the evacuation, 1514 of the over 2200 people on board died, mainly due to the insufficient number of lifeboats and the inexperience of the crew with the handling of these otherwise very safe boats. Because of the high number of casualties, the sinking of the Titanic is one of the greatest catastrophes in civil seafaring. Around the world, literature, the fine arts as well as film and television regularly deal with the events and circumstances of their last journey and their downfall. Her name stands for serious accidents and the uncontrollability of nature through technical achievements.
