Ready to use, free flowing powder and instantly soluble in water. Can be quickly reconstituted into coconut milk or cream.

    Ingredients
    2 cups of raw white rice
    3 cups of water
    2 cups of thick coconut milk made with Coconut Milk Powder
    Sal to taste
    Method
    Boil rice in 3 cups of water until well softened.
    Add salt to the 2 cups of coconut milk made with Coconut Milk Powder.
    Add coconut milk into the boiled rice mix well and cook low heat until milk finely coats the rice.
    Take off stove, pour the mixture on to a tray, spread and flatten using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
    Cut into any desired shape and serve.
    Tangy Coconut sago Pudding

    Preparation Time: 45 minutes
    Ingredients
    3/4 cup of sago
    3 cups of coconut milk made with Coconut Milk Powder
    1 cup of water
    2 medium sized mangoes peeled and pulped
    1 cup of sugar
    3 tbsp caster sugar
    Method
    Ass sago, coconut milk,1 cup of cold water in a saucepan and leave for 30 minutes to soak.
    Place sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and bring to a simmer. Simmer until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, stir in mango pulp and cool completely.
    Heat sago mixture over medium heat. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook, stirring until sago is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in caster sugar and allow to cool. Refrigerate until slightly chilled and top with sweetened mango pulp.
