Vintage 1950s Ideal Little Miss Revlon Doll 10.5" Lovely LMR Needs Stringing

This is Little Miss Revlon, the 10.5" fashion doll made by Ideal in the late 1950s. She is a beauty with a medical need -- her old rubber band inside finally gave way, so she needs re-stringing. A doll doctor can do this easily, but I am not qualified to try. Once restrung, she is a very nice doll. She is marked Ideal Doll VT 10 1/2 on the back of her neck, the appropriate marking for LMR. She has clear eyes that open and close as they should. Her thick hair (it's sort of a strawberry blond color in person, a bit more red in it than the photos show) has bangs in front, and the length is pulled back in a ponytail. The rubber band holding the pony is very old and dried out. I know if I try to undo it, it will break, so I am not going to mess with it. She has good makeup, including very red lips, brown brows and painted side lashes. She is wearing what are likely her original pearl drop earrings.
Her body has no chews. The limbs are firm in the joints and hold a pose well. She still has red polish on her nails, maybe 75% there on her fingernails and 90% on the toenails. Very pretty. She has a few dots here and there on her legs and body, but her skin tone is even and peachy. There is a scrape on the underside of her left breast which of course will be hidden when she's dressed.
The doll is in pieces as you can see. Two metal parts dropped out of her torso (a tube-like piece and a small bar with a center curve in it, see photos). Inside her head I can see a washer-like piece as well, white plastic (?) and metal. She will come with the white panties shown in the photos which she was wearing when I found her.
